Event Operations Manager

This is a dynamic role that requires passion, strong leadership skills and the ability to orchestrate day-to-day operations of our fast-paced venue.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute activations and build strong relationships with DJs and promoters
  • Cultivate and nurture strong management teams
  • Develop and implement event and entertainment programming
  • Manage performer schedules and coordinate logistics effectively
  • Motivate and develop management teams, fostering a culture of high professional and ethical standards
  • Implement operational best practices and drive organizational effectiveness

About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a proven track record in event and entertainment programming, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong leadership skills, then we want to hear from you

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years direct late-night entertainment experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Venue Manager
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop management teams
