Senior Tax Manager

This is a strategic tax position requiring leadership experience and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide strategic tax advice to business leaders and guide transaction structuring, contractual tax matters, and invoicing.
- Oversee tax accounting and statutory reporting requirements, manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance, and maintain tax policies.
- Lead tax audits, manage regulatory communications, monitor and mitigate tax risks across entities, and develop and deliver tax training.
- Stay ahead of tax law changes, advise on business impact, and support cross-border projects and complex transactions.
- Degree-qualified with professional memberships such as the Tax Institute, AICD, or Governance Institute.
- Strong technical Australian tax knowledge and leadership experience; ideally a 50/50 balance.
- Background in a large corporate or multinational with strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
