We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Grace Care Centre, a 70-bed care home located in Thornbury. As a Night Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being during the night shift.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Monitor the security and safety of residents and the home, responding to any incidents or emergencies
- Support residents with their daily needs, including light housekeeping and companionship
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual with previous experience in a care setting. You will be a good communicator, able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a can-do approach to your work. You will also be keen to learn and develop your skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
