Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all housekeeping functions, leading and training a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring efficient cleaning of designated areas. They will also conduct daily guest room inspections, provide clear communication to other hotel departments, and attend to guest inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance
  • Reliable and self-motivated with high attention to detail and standards of cleanliness
  • Located in Australia and able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week including weekends
