The ideal candidate will possess excellent sushi making skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include:

  • sushi making (nigiri, roll)
  • cooking rice
  • preparing ingredients
  • keeping clean kitchen area
