We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Support client managers in account planning, opportunity seeding, opportunity strategy and execution, portfolio ideation, and in-contract innovation strategy.
- Conduct workshops with clients' C-suite and line of business executives to understand their vexing issues and investigate approaches for mitigating them.
- Convert clients' business and technology needs and wants into high-level architecture, and orchestrate specialized domain architects to optimize the total solution for value and cost.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial concepts, including cost and pricing models, to ensure alignment with clients' needs.
- Collaborate with service divisions to keep the portfolio competitive and position its value and differentiators.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technology discipline.
- Master's degree in business management or executive management programs in business (preferred).
- Total experience of 15+ years, with 5+ years specializing in enterprise architecture.
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including banking, insurance, and financial services, with exposure to best practices and business models like BIAN in banking.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure best practices, such as SDx, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, ITSM, etc.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Evidence of engaging the C-suite in clients, strategic partners, and internally.
