About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Hand to join our team in the Bayswater area. As a Factory Hand, you will be responsible for loading and unloading product, checking for blemishes, and boxing/packing product as instructed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and hanging product on to conveyors for spraying
  • Unloading product and conducting quality control checks
  • Boxing and packing product as per instructions
  • Some assembly and training in spraying/powder coating may be provided

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or factory experience
  • Ability to lift and move product safely
  • Self-motivated and adaptable individual
  • Keen to learn and upskill in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
