Motor Mechanic Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on petrol and diesel vehicles.

  • Routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on petrol and diesel vehicles
  • Fault diagnosis using electronic and manual diagnostic tools
  • Engine inspection and overhaul, gearboxes, brake systems, and suspension components
  • Roadworthy checks, safety inspections, and compliance testing
  • Replacing worn or damaged parts, including clutches, timing belts, water pumps, and batteries
  • Tyre rotations, balancing, and alignments (training provided)
  • Service reports, job card updates, and accurate service records management
  • Occupational health and safety standards adherence
  • Team member assistance and customer/fleet account delivery

Key Responsibilities
  1. To conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on petrol and diesel vehicles.
  2. To diagnose faults using electronic and manual diagnostic tools.
  3. To inspect and overhaul engines, gearboxes, brake systems, and suspension components.
  4. To perform roadworthy checks, safety inspections, and compliance testing.
  5. To replace worn or damaged parts, including clutches, timing belts, water pumps, and batteries.
  6. To conduct tyre rotations, balancing, and alignments (training provided).
  7. To complete service reports, update job cards, and maintain accurate service records.
  8. To work safely in line with occupational health and safety standards.
  9. To assist team members and deliver great service to customers and fleet accounts.
