We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Beginner Coach to join our team at YMCA NSW. As a Beginner Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality gymnastics programs and services to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside qualified Gymnastics Instructors to deliver YMCA Gymnastics programs and services
- Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of YMCA gymnastic programs, educational trends, and industry development
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and excellence
- Develop and implement coaching plans to support the growth and development of gymnasts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
- Current First Aid certification
- A minimum Beginner coaching accreditation
- Coach Affiliation/Technical Membership
- Experience working with groups of children from various ages
