About the Role

You will deliver personalized treatments through our award-winning care pathway, supporting client goals through one-on-one therapy, group programs, care plan reviews, and mobility interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of residents.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
  • Deliver both individual and group-based therapy sessions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with facility staff and operate within your professional scope.
  • Contribute to ongoing innovation and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
  • Passion for aged care and person-centred therapy
