The Senior Manager, Climate Reporting & Policy is a key role within our organisation, responsible for developing and implementing ANZ's climate reporting strategy. This position demands a deep understanding of climate-related reporting frameworks, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of ANZ's climate reporting strategy.
  • Ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory obligations.
  • Driving and overseeing climate report production, adhering to voluntary and mandatory climate reporting standards.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A strong track record of managing climate/ESG reporting for an ASX-listed organisation.
  • An in-depth understanding of national and international reporting frameworks such as TCFD, ASRS, ISSB, GHG Protocol, and GRI.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and promote a collaborative environment.
