Job Title: Embedded Software Development Lead

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop embedded software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  3. Enhance and support existing products by improving their embedded systems.
  4. Continuously improve software development processes to boost efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in embedded software development for medical devices.
  • Solid understanding of hardware-level interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, USB, ADCs, FPGAs, and high-speed data interfaces.
  • Familiarity with IEC 62304 and other international standards relevant to medical devices.
  • Expertise in C/C++ and experience working across ARM-based microcontroller families.
  • Demonstrated experience with automated testing, scripting languages, and CI/CD workflows.
