They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, triaging patients, and working collaboratively with our General Practitioners to provide front-line care.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify and prioritize patient needs.
  • Deliver compassionate and individualized patient care, taking into account their unique circumstances and requirements.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience in General Practice and/or Triage, with a strong understanding of acute care and treatment protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
