About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA Specialist to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving ongoing growth in the sales and hire of PA equipment through the provision of excellent customer service, product demonstrations, sales, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and personalized service to customers, including product demonstrations and sales support.
  • Drive ongoing growth in the sales and hire of PA equipment.
  • Develop and deliver training for end-users, including churches and volunteers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and industry developments.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment.
Requirements
  • Several years of industry experience in music retail/hire, music wholesale, or music-related industries.
  • High levels of skill as a musician or sound engineer, with strong knowledge of live sound equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work well in a team and self-manage.
