We're seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a key position responsible for delivering exceptional client service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive in identifying solutions, and have a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to all client tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze root causes of issues and develop actionable plans to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
