Job Title:

Asset Management Head of South Asia Private Wealth Alternatives Executive Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of strategies to unlock new assets under management foster deep client engagement in partnership with distribution partners and collaborate with global counterparts to achieve unparalleled success in this rapidly expanding market across South Asia including Australia and New Zealand.

This leadership role offers a strategic platform for career advancement and the opportunity to drive transformative impact by delivering first-class alternative investment solutions to our clients across the wealth spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans encompassing client partnership and engagement demand generation sales planning product development and brand positioning to elevate our market presence.
  • Serve as the foremost subject matter expert on private markets and alternatives products driving the placement and adoption of our alternatives offerings.
  • Formulate and execute business development initiatives alongside sales partners by gaining an in-depth understanding of client needs strategic objectives and the competitive landscape to position us as the alternatives partner of choice.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders including distribution investment teams marketing and business management ensuring alignment and accountability to senior management.
  • Cultivate and mentor junior talent fostering a high-performance team culture that aligns with our values and strategic goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 10 years within a financial services company with a focus on client engagement distribution investment and product specialist functions.
  • Alternatives expertise with extensive knowledge and successful track record in alternatives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and collaborative sales environment driving innovation and growth.
  • Global perspective with ability to identify and leverage synergies with global counterparts fostering a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with strong communicator and problem solver capable of navigating complex client needs and aligning processes to deliver exceptional service.
  • Client-centric approach with ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of financial intermediaries.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFA or CAIA certification.
