Workday Payroll Consultant Opportunity

This is a senior-level role that involves implementing and managing Workday payroll systems for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures, as well as experience with Workday implementation and configuration.

The consultant will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their payroll needs and requirements, and then developing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. This may involve designing and configuring Workday workflows, creating custom reports and dashboards, and providing training and support to clients on how to use the system.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday implementation and configuration, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday payroll systems for clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and system configurations.
