About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in competition law to join our Sydney or Melbourne office. As a member of our Competition, Consumer & Regulatory (CCR) team, you will work closely with lawyers across all offices and Partners within your practice group.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in competition law, ideally from a leading top-tier international firm, and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of clients' needs and ability to build effective working relationships is essential.

You will be responsible for advising clients on a full spectrum of competition and consumer law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, anti-competitive conduct allegations, ACCC investigations, and access undertakings. Additionally, you will develop and implement compliance programs and review contractual terms.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements. We encourage flexibility and offer equipment to support working from home.
