Information Management Leader

The role of Assistant Director, Information Management is critical to the success of our organization.

  • Provide strategic guidance and direction on information management, ensuring compliance with legislative and administrative frameworks.
  • Lead a team of professionals, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in information management.
  • Develop and implement systems for managing information, including electronic information management practices.
About You

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • A proven track record in records and information management governance within a government agency.
  • An extensive understanding of Australian information management legislation, standards, policies and authorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with a proven ability as a trusted advisor to senior management.
  • Highly developed project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and manage competing priorities.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated professional experience in Records Management, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Archives Management, or a related discipline.
