Indirect Tax Leadership Opportunity
A seasoned professional with extensive indirect tax experience is sought to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams.
This role requires the ability to build and manage client relationships, generate revenue, and develop strategic plans to increase operational efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in indirect tax, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing complex commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage indirect taxes through the tax lifecycle and increase operational efficiency
- Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve performance objectives and bring the firm's Employee Value Proposition to life
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate revenue growth
- Identify opportunities for tax optimisation, credits, and refund recovery, and exposure reduction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Substantial indirect tax experience within a professional services accounting firm, law firm, or large organisation
- Strong technical skills in indirect tax, principally in Stamp Duty
- Ability to clearly demonstrate leadership skills in regard to market-facing initiatives, client delivery, and staff development
