The Information Technology Infrastructure Officer role holder is an IT professional responsible for managing a number of services within the ITS team. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to provide creative solutions for improved services and outcomes, configuring, planning, monitoring and managing infrastructure services across TCE, and recommending and implementing approved changes to improve and create efficiencies in the infrastructure services catalogue.
