Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily service department operations

  • Driving profitability while meeting KPIs and service targets
Your Background:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager within a dealership
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Solid mechanical knowledge and workshop experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with dealership systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
