Working in breast and endocrine surgery requires a unique combination of technical skills, emotional intelligence, and strong communication abilities. In this role, you will work closely with other medical professionals to manage patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate on research projects.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong foundation in general surgery and a desire to specialize in breast and endocrine surgery. You will be expected to participate in quality and safety audits, coordinate preparation of the weekly multidisciplinary team meeting, and provide supervision and mentoring to junior doctors and medical students as needed.
