Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities for the RAMC GEN3 project. This role involves developing and implementing maintenance procedures, managing equipment inventory, procurement, and usage, controlling expenses, and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor equipment inventory, procurement, and usage.
  • Control expenses and adhere to budget constraints.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff, contractors, service providers, and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate experience supervising civil maintenance crews or having worked as Line Supervisor in the past.
  • Ability to understand what is required, set the direction, and communicate the plan day to day to the crew.
  • Strong commitment to Safety.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and drive to build, create, and produce outputs to high standards.
  • Highly organized and possess strong communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to read basic contract terms, standard industry specifications, and quality system needs.
  • Valid Drivers' Licence.
