Environmental Services Manager Job Opportunity

Gold Coast Private Hospital seeks a motivated team player to join their Environmental Services team as an Environmental Services Manager.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Environmental Services staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Environmental Services staff and oversee cleaning operations across the facility
  • Communicate with contractors to manage waste and cleaning services
  • Undertake cleaner orders and operate within infection control standards and WHS policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and staff

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a related field
  • Knowledge of managing a 24/7 roster using electric time and attendance systems
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a diverse, physically challenging position with varying workload demands
