Job Responsibilities- Lead multiple streams of work and foster a collaborative relationship between the Project Team, Operations, and stakeholders.
- Manage, monitor, and audit each phase of implementation, including project plans and budgets.
- Oversee scheduled activities and maintain plans, anticipating and addressing project deviations as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, with a focus on system migration, integration, and data migration.
- Experience in large-scale projects, leadership, and implementation in logistics/supply chain or FMCG environments.
- Ability to direct cross-functional teams using continuous improvement methodologies to optimize Supply Chain design.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Prince2/PMP/IPMA certifications (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Project methodology qualifications, including Agile and Waterfall management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and WMS.
- Superior written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
