Job Description

At atWork Australia, we are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Services Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including conducting thorough assessments of candidates with disabilities and barriers to employment, providing counseling interventions as needed, and referring candidates to external support services.

  • This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with guaranteed hours.
  • The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology or counseling, with experience working in employment services highly regarded.

Key duties of the role will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to support candidates in achieving their employment goals;
  • Providing training and guidance to atWork staff on psychological services and procedures;
  • Liaising with medical professionals and community agencies on behalf of candidates;
  • Conducting regular evaluations to monitor the progression of cases and provide recommendations for improvement.
