Business Analysis Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated business analyst to join our team at the Harvey Norman Online Marketplace. As a senior business analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and manipulating data to draw actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Develop and distribute regular and on-demand reports to stakeholders
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and optimise operations
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, IT, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, including R script and DAX
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Passion for data and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
