Job Description

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents in Sydney, AU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • AN-ACC assessment processes knowledge.
  • Clinical knowledge and understanding of aging processes.
  • Coaching/training skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Communication skills.
