Strategic IT Business Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic IT Business Consultant to drive business growth through effective analysis and implementation of technology solutions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities
- Analyzing complex business problems and developing creative solutions using technology
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption
- Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Providing guidance and training to junior staff on business analysis and technology solutions
- Managing competing priorities and resources to meet business objectives
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrate experience in leading consultation with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, capture, and document business processes, requirements, rules, and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and proven ability to work independently, show initiative, deal with multiple users, concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities, and resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Proven exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications, Education, Experience, and Abilities Required:
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT or higher qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst
