Job Description
The Research Assistant will contribute to the development of innovative Virtual Reality (VR) therapies for young people experiencing mental ill-health, working closely with key stakeholders to design and implement research projects.

This role requires strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, enabling the Research Assistant to build meaningful relationships with young people and stakeholders, as well as excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit participants for VR research trials, ensuring informed consent procedures are followed.
  • Conduct clinical research assessments and interviews, using multiple standardised clinical assessment instruments.
  • Maintain study databases, entering accurate and timely participant data.
  • Support the development of VR therapies, co-designing them with young people to transform mental health treatment and recovery outcomes.
