Job Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality spiritual care to residents and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the holistic needs of our residents.
  • To recruit, train, and supervise spiritual care volunteers from local congregations and community groups.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing pastoral or spiritual care to individuals outside a faith community.
  • Qualifications in theology or spiritual care, such as a Bachelor's degree in Theology or Ministry.
  • 400 hours of reflective practice training, such as CPE or STFE.
