We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely delivering automotive parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships. They will establish strong relationships with customers and actively promote our products and marketing activities when delivering products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Safely deliver automotive parts and products to trade customers
  • Establish strong customer relationships with a Genuine Service mindset
  • Actively promote our products and marketing activities when delivering products
  • Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success
  • Be safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves, team mates and customers when completing deliveries

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need prior customer service experience, be proactive and able to multitask, prioritize deliveries based on their urgency, and have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
