The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant Trainee. As a key member of our permanent recruitment team, you will learn the craft of recruitment consulting through comprehensive training and mentoring.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting and engaging with our talent community
  • Identifying quality talent through advertisements, sourcing strategies, and networking activities
  • Screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Coordinating client interviews and completing reference and working right checks
  • As your skill set develops, you will take on client account management and business development to build your own successful recruitment portfolio
Your Experience

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in either the retail, hospitality, or sporting industry sectors, where you have provided a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Experience in administration or sales roles will also be considered.
