About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional HR Lead to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and related modules).

Your focus will be on leading functional design, process optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration, as well as driving day-to-day system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with business requirements.

You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system enhancements, half-yearly upgrades, and change initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions, from technical support to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Lead functional design and process optimisation
  • Drive system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Act as an SME for system enhancements and upgrades
