About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer (Active Directory) to join our Information Systems team at our Sydney HQ. This role involves playing a critical part in shaping and securing the infrastructure that underpins our global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Active Directory (AD) infrastructure with autonomy to implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Maintain and manage AD permissions, security, and access control to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administer and troubleshoot AD-related issues and resolve escalated incidents with expertise.
  • Develop and maintain group policies (GPOs) to support secure and efficient IT operations.
  • Integrate AD with technologies such as DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, and public cloud platforms like Azure AD and AWS.
  • Manage disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide technical guidance on AD functions and security best practices to users and IT teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience managing Active Directory environments with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in VMware virtualization, MS System Centre suite, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills, particularly in PowerShell and Python.
  • Familiarity with switching and routing protocols and experience across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:
