Senior Pharmacy Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and reconcile charts.
- Ensure timely dispensing and supply of medication and pharmacy products.
- Cordinate patient medication requirements during hospital stays and discharge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate staff and patients on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and quality use of medicines.
