Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer at Waterworld Aquatic Centre.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner.
  • Offer information on services, operational hours, and general inquiries accurately.
  • Ensure all bookings are logged correctly in the system.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via face-to-face interactions, email, and phone.
  • Prepare, sell, and serve food and beverages.
  • Handle cash and operate EFTPOS machines securely.
  • Manage emergency situations and handle difficult customers effectively.
Requirements:
  • Aged 15 years and above.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Child Safe Environments Certificate.
  • First Aid certificate (desirable).
