Alma Nove is a fine dining spot located on the iconic Manly beach in Sydney, New South Wales. As we prepare for our launch, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team for a busy summer and beyond.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for a professional with 2+ years of bartending experience, cocktail knowledge, and skills required to deliver exceptional service in a fine dining and wine bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, and maintain a high level of energy and passion throughout their shift.
