We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Southland Store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
  • Succession plan your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use your discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understand Stock Management processes and prioritize tasks.
  • Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to your team.
  • Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
