AML Operations Manager

BOQ Group is seeking a seasoned AML Operations Manager to lead our AML monitoring and screening function. As the heart of our AML/CTF operational goals, you will ensure excellence in our AML/CTF operational delivery, working closely with SMEs and supporting your team leaders.
About You
We're looking for a leader with a proven track record in managing teams within an AML/investigations environment. You should have a deep understanding of AML/CTF legislation and AUSTRAC reporting requirements, preferably within the banking industry. Strong operational leadership experience, managing a large team and engaging stakeholders, including business partners, regulators, and external law enforcement departments, will be crucial. We value highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent negotiation abilities.
