Climate & Sustainability Analyst Role

As a key member of our Climate & Sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing expertise on topics relevant to climate action and sustainability. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams, topic/sector leaders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise on climate action and sustainability topics
  • Serve as a thought partner and content expert
  • Assist with commercialization efforts for Climate & Sustainability

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively in a credible and confident manner.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 or 3-5 years minimum relevant industry experience required
  • Relevant subject matter experience in at least 1-3 of the following areas required
    • Climate transition: CO₂ abatement strategies for private and/or public sector organizations
    • Net zero & decarbonization: Familiarity with key frameworks such as CDP, SBTi, TCFD, and the GHG Protocol
    • Adaptation & resilience: Strategies for private and/or public adaptation to climate-related risks
    • Sustainable supply chain: Purchasing & supply management manufacturing operations, and green supply chain transformation
    • Sustainable growth: Portfolio strategy, product innovation, green business development
  • Additionally, experience in 1-3 of the following areas would be seen positively
    • Tool building: Development of tools and digital assets derived from internal knowledge bases
    • Generative AI: Use of generative AI technologies to support sustainability-focused analysis
    • Sectoral experience: In-depth understanding of climate and sustainability challenges specific to one or more industries
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English and at least 1 regional SEA language
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder
