We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our Operations Development Team at The Iconic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process-driven step change and continuous improvement initiatives across our operations and wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, documenting processes to support training and change implementation.
  • Research and evaluate vendors for partnership and competitors for benchmarking.
  • Develop and implement new solutions, leveraging data and best practices in continuous improvement, process engineering, and logistics automation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop best practices and ensure organisational learning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support their needs and goals.
  • Identify potential compliance/legal/safety issues and provide recommendations and solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or a passion for process, logistics, people, and technology.
  • Deep understanding and competency with Process Improvement, Project Management, and financial drivers of Operations and supply chain processes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Lean, RCA, Theory of Constraints, and Six Sigma.
  • Agile mindset and willingness to learn and share.
  • Understanding of complex high-volume fulfilment operations in retail or FMCG supply chains.
