- Evaluate and improve Earbus processes and procedures related to clinical visits and quality of care.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to establish functional communication goals and facilitate progress towards achieving them.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional development activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating communication disorders in paediatric populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Passionate about helping families within a client-centred framework.
- Prior experience working within Aboriginal Australian communities.
