Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement effective return-to-work plans. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results, you'll be an integral part of our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of return-to-work files, ensuring timely and effective interventions
  • Conduct one-off assessments and make recommendations to support client recovery
  • Communicate complex medical information to insurer customers and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement safe and timely graduated return-to-work plans
  • Document case notes and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
  • Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Full registration with AHPRA/ESSA
  • Car and valid Driver's license
  • Police check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
