We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated professionals working in the northern suburbs of Sydney. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our clients.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
  • You will be responsible for providing person-centered care, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care facility; recent experience within the last 2 years is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites within the northern suburbs of Sydney.
  • Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
  • Right to work in Australia (no sponsorship opportunities).
  • Three COVID-19 vaccinations and the FLUVAX for 2025.
  • Current NDIS worker check (highly desirable).
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check for employment purposes.
