We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team at Hively Health. Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services to clients, focusing on person-centred outcomes and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised behaviour support plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Currently registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner - core, proficient, advanced or specialist.
- NDIS experience/understanding and preferably experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to reach their full potential.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability or proven ability to meet KPI's and work independently.
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with service providers, including referrers (support coordinators) and other networks.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Current driver's license and registered vehicle is a must.
- Other qualifications or experience specific to disability are highly desirable.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on teamwork and professional development.
