Health and Wellness Ambassador

This role represents the primary interface for our members upon entering the facility.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, crafting engaging interactions with every encounter.
This is a multifaceted position requiring adaptability and flexibility to support members in various capacities, including:
- Greeting members personally and responding to inquiries
- Managing member queries and issues
- Processing transactions and assisting with class bookings
- Selling retail items and supplements
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness. They must be reliable, proactive, punctual, and well-presented, with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean environment, performing café duties, and following instructions. A First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial but not essential.
Essential Qualifications- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliability, proactivity, and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and multitasking ability
