Position Overview
The Clinical Director of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department at WAVELENGTH hospital is a sought-after leadership position offering a competitive remuneration package and a relaxed country location, just 2 hours from Melbourne.
Main Responsibilities
As the Clinical Director, you will work directly in partnership with the Divisional Operations Director to efficiently and effectively manage the department and provide strategic leadership to the team to ensure high-quality patient care. You will also play an integral role in managing the hospital, working alongside external and internal stakeholders.

Our services include a 24-hour Emergency Department, Surgery, Medical Services, Women's and Children's Services, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care, Mental Health, Outpatients, and community-based health programs.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must hold specialist qualification with RANZCOG and be registrable as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with AHPRA or eligible. This is a unique leadership opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $450,000 per year, reflecting the competitive remuneration package offered by WAVELENGTH hospital.
