Senior Account Executive Role

Your Key Responsibilities

You will manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and closing.

Leverage your existing network and deep knowledge of the aged care sector in Victoria to generate high-value opportunities and drive revenue.

Confidently selling into care-based environments where data protection, continuity of service, and regulatory obligations are central to every business decision.

Work closely with our delivery team to scope engagements with clarity and speed.

Closing large-scale cybersecurity consulting and service engagements.

What We Offer

OTE $250,000–$350,000+ with uncapped commissions.

In-house technical experts and marketing support to back your sales execution.

Requirements

5+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in cybersecurity, consulting, or compliance services.

Experience selling into the Aged Care Sector in Victoria.

A proven track record of closing large deals in regulated industries.

Strong commercial acumen, presence, and trust-building skills with executive buyers.

Working knowledge of privacy, risk, and operational vulnerabilities in aged care.

Immediate access to a relevant client base or warm contacts.
